After keeping long hair for more than half a decade, I decided to cut it off.

My MOM…of course. She always cut my hair since young and I am always her very regular and satisfied customer. (my sister disagrees though)

This kind of drastic change always happens when I am very stressed. This is not so bad as compared to those days when I was preparing for my O’ level exam.

Back then, I ALMOST SHAVE MY HEAD!

The idea just came to me one day when I was studying Physics. So glad that I have a SANE mom who nicely negotiated the hair length with me.

At the end, I had a haircut like this…

Too bad I do not have a picture with me now but I can tell you, I was SO HANDSOME!

I was a prefect and had to wear a tie to school. Imagine, having such an awesome hairstyle and cool uniform at a GIRL SCHOOL….

I had so many admirers (all girls). -_-

Every morning, I needed to wake up 10 minutes earlier to ‘style’ my hair with wax. Frankly, I found it so troublesome. I don’t even know how my guy friends do it. Some told me that they spent 20 minutes styling their hair every morning!

Mom said I should be more ‘adventurous’ when it comes to haircut and hence, recommended me to perm my hair like this…

She told me proudly that she has tried all sorts of haircut when she was young. But, I don’t think I am ready for it..at least for now.
