Reminiscence
One afternoon as I looked across my classroom, my students were busy scribbling their sketchbooks. For a split second, I thought I saw myself sitting there doing all the scribbling and sketching.
Suddenly it struck me that, I MISS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL!
I dug out all my blog archives from 2003. I started blogging in 2003 but I haven’t moved all my archives to this new blog yet. (not sure if I want to do it though). If it wasn’t of my archives, I wouldn’t be able to recall so many incidents and events that have happened in the past. It made me realised how much I have changed…..and GROWN. (I wonder if I used to speak and think like my students when I was their age.)
I have moved some entries and grouped them under “Reminiscence“. You can read about my first day being a tutor in my uni, my experimental stuff for inspiration and etc.
I feel so old now…

The nostalgia’s getting into you, Miss Cherry? I can understand that feeling, when I look at kids nowadays. I say to myself, “I can’t be as havoc as they when I was their age, can I?”

Your uni days looked so enjoyable! I wonder if I went to uni at ‘this age’, will I enjoy myself while studying.
Hmm… anyway, you looked younger then 20 in those photos. Haha

Looking at the uni students here in Brisbane makes me regret for not striving hard in the past.

Kis: I don’t think you were or ever been havoc. I am sure you have always been a good kid.
Alvin: not bad what..at least now you are in brisbane enjoying the sun and clear blue sky! You still have a chance to be a student there. Who knows right?
Btw, I think I age a lot since I came to sg. Hehehe

Haha, must be the stress level in Singapore adding some unwanted ‘age’ to your looks.
Well, since you going to NSW soon to continue yr studies, i’m sure you will be back to your Perth days.
