My friends and I overheard some conversation from a huge group of students while we were waiting for friends. They talked about how lazy and ‘screwed up’ some lecturers were at uni. hahahahaa we wanted to laugh out so much but we decided to stand there quietly and listened to their complains. (we know we are BAD, but can’t help it)

Undenialbly, we all agreed that some lecturers do make our uni life interesting, memorable and valuable. They are approachable, helpful and skillful. They know what they are teaching and always “rescue” the students who are desperately need help. Even though we are no longer in their classes, they are still willing to try their best to help us. They sacrifice their lunch and break time, replying emails during weekends and after work.

Well, unfortunately, only a few lecturers fit into this group. Those lecturers who don’t fit into this group, you can hear students around the campus ‘bitching’ about them..hahahaha. You will be surprised how these lecturers react when you ask them question in the class. Some of them said ‘I don’t know’ throughout the semester. You will be surprised they know nothing about the unit that they are ‘teaching’. Some will just sit there and give ‘valuable’ feedback and comments (which is ‘helpful’ to improve your project). But later on, they will forget and start questioning you why you ‘improved’ your project in such a way. hahahahaa. No wonder some students are so p***ed sometimes.

And also, some misplaced your assignments and of course, failed you and you have to repeat the unit next semester. Worse still, it is NOT FREE! Sometimes we all wonder how these people can stay in the job for so many years.
