It's quite funny, because in GET I'm surrounded by Nikon fans in the department and they'd rather I choose the D300 instead.:) But yes I'll most likely be doing the Zoo thing, though that'll be like the upteemth time I'm going there to shoot animals. The 40D is especially attractive now since the price drop 2 weeks ago, but the 5D is getting a MkII.
