Yay!! I got an iBook! I need a laptop desperately as I have been travelling very
frequently. Previously I borrowed my dad’s laptop when I need to do presentation and I really
don’t like the idea of transferring my files here and there.

I was never a Mac user, due to unpleasant experiences back at uni. Probably back then, the mac at uni always failed on me. None of us likes mac. I spent quite some times looking around for a light and fast laptop but most of them were quite expensive, huge and heavy. Watson recommended me iBook instead because it is the lightest all-in-one laptop. Plus, with its specs, it is cheaper that other brands.

So one day, when I was passing by a cool Mac shop at Gurney, those cool, white and sleek designed apple gadgets caught my eyes. As I approached the iBook, a young and sunshine-looking guy convinced me to get an iBook. Man, he is such a good salesman! I can’t believe he ‘converted’ me – just like that!.

Well, the new iBook is so much better than before. It is equipped with Apple?s Sudden Motion Sensor. When it falls, this sensor will instantly lock the hard drive heads to lessen the impact and damage. Plus, it comes with Mac OS X Tiger – world’s most advanced operating system.

It has this speech function that allows user to execute commands by speech. And guess what, it even tells a ‘knock-knock’ joke!

I really love how everything moves around and how fast it boots up. *two thumbs up!*
