Choon wee came to visit me in Singapore for 2 nights. I didn’t have time to take him out co’s I was so busy at
work. I was managed to hang out with him only 2 hours before he left.

So, he took me to Marché. Funny huh? I was supposed to be the one who take him.
Choon wee and me…and the colourful cow. I suggested that both of us rode on the cows but the cow didn’t seem to be
stable enough to support us.

All the food is freshly prepared by the chefs and you can watch them cooking too…

C.W said the pork knuckle was superb. Guess what, he took away the pork knuckle. He said he was lucky that he took Singapore Airline instead of the Malaysian. If he take the Malaysian Airline, we were wondering if his pork knuckle will be thrown away…ahahahah

Dinner and soccer night

No one will believe that I watched soccer match last night – Man U vs. Liverpool. It was not intentional (not at my side of course) but my friend wanted to take me out for dinner and at the same time, he can catch up with the soccer match. (he is a Man U fan) He took me the Chijmes, a beautifully restored chapel and was once the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus (CHIJ), established in 1854.

We were very lucky to get a good table co’s the soccer fans flooded the whole place 20 minutes later.

The best shepherd pie I have eaten. (because of the cheese! And the beef which tasted heavenly) By the way, it was my friend’s. He ordered this because I told him that I wanted to
eat this too….And I can’t make up my mind whether to have this or the Colcannon.

In the menu, it said the Irish dining experience would be completed if I have a Guinness with my Colcannon. Mm…But I have a Kilkenny instead.
