its for the blind. they’re supposed to tap their sticks so they know the way around the station.
but apparently as you can see, its under-utilised. =)

It’s to aid the wheelchair-bound in moving into the train.

visually handicapped. and for pple like me to play with by walking on it..haha..foot massage. lol
