“Mm..Cock-pie just doesn’t sound right..” a friend of mine said. So I have changed it to roach-pie instead.

Anyway, the whole cock-pie roach-pie started from my toilet break. As I was washing my hand, a student jumped and screamed really loud, pointing at the huge cockroach near my feet.

Then, I looked at her and asked:”Aiyah, it’s just a bloody cockcroach.” Then I landed my foot on it and *splat*, plus a few twists with my toes (covered with shoe, of course), it was squashed like a pie.

After seeing the squashed cockroach like a pie, she was more frightened than seeing the live cockroach:“Cher!! So gross!!” (I hope she meant the cockroach though)

I am not afraid of cockroach. But what I am really afraid of are slimy, wiggly creepy crawls such as snails, slugs, maggots and worms. It gives me chill right from my head down to spine. I think I will just faint!

The last time when my house was infested with maggots (stupid summer flies!), I was so afraid to even step down from my bed. I cried and screamed like a total idiot. After all the cleaning and killing was done (not by my of course) I sat down on the carpet to watch The Simpsons. And guess what, I saw this tiny little maggot crawling slowly 2 inches away from my hand. I felt my head spinning that I could faint or die anytime.

You see, I wasn’t born to be afraid of these creatures. When I was younger, I used to cut worms into many pieces just to see how its body regenerated. I used to squash snails with stones and poured salt onto it. WHY ON EARTH that I have become so timid!!???

Do you also know that I almost gone to medicine school? I love dissecting and squeezing organs, watching all kinds of uncensored surgery videos. But one day when I watched a video of maggots infested organ, I passed out. That was when I knew I can’t be a doctor or vet.

I hate rainy days…Hate those snails that are out and about to scare people like me after the rain. *argh*
