i think wearing something comfortable to school must have its limitations etc the picture. sometimes we must follow some guidelines to a certain dresscode cause obviously what if someone thinks a see throughtop is a comfortable thing… then how? so obviously the institute has to put up what is a proper attire then the students MUST follow. it isn’t something we as students should have a 50% say in it. we should only have 20%? haha!

The rule was supposedly enforced to keep the ‘clean’ image of the school. I suppose it’s run by a committee of conservatives who feel that students should keep an ‘appropriate’ image. I’m probably stereotyping, but that’s my opinion to be taken with a pinch of salt (or sugar).

I agree while we have the freedom to dress how we please, it really depends on the environment we are in. I have seen people wearing capris to office, but it seemed so out of place in a semi-corporate environment…
